Dr. Michael W. Couch provides faith-based counseling, coaching, and spiritual guidance rooted in biblical principles and life experience. These services are not a substitute for licensed clinical mental health treatment, psychiatric care, or emergency medical services.
If you are experiencing:
- Thoughts of self-harm or harm to others
- Severe emotional distress
- A psychiatric emergency
Please contact 911, your local emergency room, or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline immediately.
Confidentiality Statement:
Your privacy and trust are deeply respected.
All information shared during counseling or coaching sessions is kept confidential, except in the following circumstances:
- Risk of harm to yourself or others
- Suspected abuse or neglect of a child, elderly person, or vulnerable adult
- Court order or legal requirement
- Written consent from the client to release information
Outside of these situations, no information will be shared without your permission.
Spiritual Counseling Acknowledgment:
By participating in services provided by Dr. Michael W. Couch, you acknowledge that:

✔ You may discontinue services at any time
